A bunch of 3-5 golden beets, or a quart of golden beets, depending on time of season.

Similar in flavor to red beets, these golden beets are a beautiful addition to a roasted veggie tray. Our favorite way to eat beets is to peel and coin, then grill with olive oil until tended, and topped with goat cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
